Take your feelings off Auto Pilot!

We are auto pilot-ed to feel bad when something negative or opposite to a desired expectation happens and only feel good when something desirable happens.

Take the feelings off auto-pilot and CHOOSE to see the positive in every aspect.

If by any reason you have dipped down, following are some of the tools you can use to fix it:

  1. Have some Secret Shifters up you sleeves.

  2. Thinks of people as PETs.

  3. Wearing Glasses.

Secret Shifters:

A secret shifter is anything that may act to change your frequency or mood straightaway. If you feel yourself getting on a negative frequency, just pick of your secret shifter and practice is. Here is my list-

  • Think about something beautiful.

  • Think about a baby.

  • Think about a pet.

  • Listen to favourite music.

  • Start singing.

  • Think about future desired events.

  • Think about funny events.

  • Think about past beautiful memories.

People are PETS (Personal Emotional Trainers):

Everyone that you come across in your life is a PET. Just like Physical trainers, these people are emotional trainers.

Some people are easy to love; they make us laugh, they understand us.

Others are more difficult to love-but these people act asa reminder that we must CHOOSE love! We must still choose to love them!

So if you see someone who is a 'difficult PET'-Remember they are just testing you and are a reminder that you must choose LOVE!

Wearing glasses:

When an individual is angry, he and she is wearing angry glasses. This means that they are seeing world with their angry glasses. If someone has upset you, remind yourself that they are not this inside, they are a perfection inside because they are a physical manifestation of the source energy just like you are. The reason that they behaved in a certain way is sue to them wearing a certain type of glasses. There are a number of glasses- angry glasses, guilt glasses, frustration glasses.
