Meditate first thing in the morning to quieten your mind.

Our thoughts are creating our reality. So it is extremely important so think positive thoughts at all times and not pay attention to negative images which we do not want to enter our lives. 

We can train our mind by meditation. All the greatest people in the world use meditation to quieten their minds and take control of their thoughts. 

The good news is that we don't have to spend hours and hours to meditate. 

When I started, I would only spend 3 minutes every morning to meditate. Now I spend about 40 minutes because I love it so much!

I vary between using the meditation app called; 'attract Wealth Pro' which you can download from Apple apps world. 

On other days I use 'affirmations meditation' which I have constructed myself.

It is as follow:

In the morning as you wake up, be mindful of your breathing.. close your eyes and say:

  • I am the master of my thoughts.

  • All my power is within me therefore under my control.

  • Universe is working every second to bring me what I want.

  • I bless my enemies.

  • My good thoughts are powerful and my negative thoughts are weak.

  • Universe give me a nudge to bring me to present if my thoughts take over me.

  • I am a magnet for all perfect things.

  • I am gorgeous, powerful, inspiring, strong, loving and happy.

Then say THANK YOU...and think about all the things you are grateful for in your life. List these in your mind and say thanks for each of them.

Then visualise your day like it has already happened..and send the positive force of love, ahead of you!

Wake Up Smiling!!

Before you go to bed, relay in your mind, the images from the day, which didn't go the way you would have wanted. Close your eyes and go back into the moment. As you re-live these moments, substitute the negative images with positive ones. Change the course of action happening in these moments, in your head. Substitute the negative images with desired images. As you do this, you eliminate all the nagitivity from the day and bring yourself up to the frequency of love. As you wake up the next day, you wake up with already being on the highest frequency of love. As long as you don't let anything change the happy mood you wake up in, Universe and the Law of attraction will bring you more and more things during the day to be happier about!!

Einstein's 'Time is an Illusion!'

Everything we want already exists!

Rhonda Byrne in the secret tells us that 'whatever we want in life, already exists in creation'-our job is to bring it about into the physical world by emitting the frequency this object is on-how? by using the creative process.
Today-We are looking at what this means in terms of Quantum Physics.

What does it actually mean?

Felicia Reads 'the Power' by Rhonda Byrne!!

One warm sunny day, before turning the key in my car, I followed inspired action and typed "The Power audiobook" into youtube. Felicia was the first person who came up! I listened to her voice that day while driving to work and before I knew it listening to her was a habit!! Felicia's reading is filled with joy and excitement!
